Fever at 6 DPO

I woke up this morning to take my BBT. 100.8. I actually don't feel that bad. A little sore throat (which I've had every day for a week that's gone by 10am.) No cough, no post nasal drip. A little headache. Lots of fever symptoms (aches, tiredness.)

My question is: does running a fever now hurt my chances of implantation? It should be happening soon.
