Welcome to the group! From what i've read online about implantation some women do feel a cramp or several cramps including bach pain. It doesn't lasts too long however after implantation the uterus starts to "make room" for the growing baby causing cramps too. One week after O and feeling a cramp I think would be a great sign :) Please come back and let us know what happens :)
