16 days Late, No Af, BFN, Could I still be pregnant??

Been TTC#1 for nearly 4 years. I have been on Clomid in the past. Then diagnosed with Endometriosis in January 2011 (had surgery), and did a few rounds of Letrozole since then. Took letrozole this cycle, but do not know if I ovulated. I had lots of spotting this whole cycle and now have not gotten my period yet. HPT are negative and last blood test was also negative (1 week ago). Could I still be pregnant? How late can BFP show up? My RE is less than helpful... getting second opinion next month.
