I dont know what to do I got my period a week late and it last 4 days and poof????

I am 20 years old, i been pregnant before but i have had miscarriages so i know how my body acts, i had my period for 4 days yet it was a week about a week in a half late and it was heavy then light. Im so confused my stomach is hard and my boobs hurt i am hungry all the time and head aches plus heartburns kill. Am i pregnant? I want to go to the doctors but i dont know what to tell her
