Faint positive

Ok so I took a first response test today at lunch, there is a very faint positive! Don't have to turn it into the light to see it and I showed two people who confirmed that I wasn't crazy and it was in fact there. I am only 13dpo so I am trying not to get too excited but surely this means I am? Took a clear blue digital afterwards which said not pregnant but that also said to take a the day of my missed period which isn't for another week yet... Advice would be great xx

First response measures 25miu, cb digi measures 50miu, so it should say pregnant in a day or two.
