Question

Can changing your diet really make that much difference?

I have been reading different fertility books and websites and they all say different things to give up or avoid. From dairy to orange juice?! I'm very confused and frustrated.

Any thoughts welcome

I don't think you really have to give up anything...just eat healthy. (I have PCOS and it's hard for my insulin to produce right so I have just recently given up white sugar, white flour and white rice.) But as far as dairy, caffine and so forth, I don't think you have to as long as you do everything in moderation. I used to drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day and now I just drink one, I have been eating lots of fruits and veggies and wheat bread, etc. I think eating healthy will increase your odds for pregnancy bc healthy foods have nutrients your body and future baby need. Also, exercising helps too. (Not over exercising, just a quick walk eveyday can do wonders. Last time wanted to become pregnant I lost weight, exercised, and ate healthy and 3 months later I was pregnant) I hope this helps and I hope that you get your BFP very soon! :)
