Am I pregnant at 10 dpo?...and at 44?

I am very in-tune with my body and everything still works like clock work every 28 days, did a full BBT month for the first time and hubby and I "hit the mark" been trying for 6 months...but this cycle new and strange things that are not the norm.

1 dpo- cramps/pressure and getting more intense day by day
7 dpo- temp up 99 and stayed up ever since, very very faint + HPT ( not counting on that one)
8 dpo-nausea, cramps
9 dpo-nausea, cramps
10 dpo- Temp is 99+ and running a mild fever and hot red cheeks ( thats a new one) gotta pee every 10 min, VERY tired but cant sleep, Nausea and gaggy.
NO boob changes as of now.

note: I will test again in the AM when I go to drug store.
