Could it be a pos?

I am 22 dpo and my last cycle was aug 7th. It is always off so I don't know when to exactly to expect it most of the time. I know I ov on 21/22 of aug. When i took a pg test this morning I think it was pos but it was more of a smear so I don't know. Should I go to the doctor to find out? the blood test would tell me right? I did have spotting for two days on the 28th and 29th had a pap smear done there for my yearly physical could have been from that. the septum thing they insterted kind of hurt so it might be from that. idk. plz help!
