Preeclampsia Risk

DH and I are trying for my first. My concern, and his as well, is that I have a family history of preeclampsia. My older sister had it with both her pregnancies resulting in two VERY premature babies, both of whom are now beautiful and healthy young children. I have read that taking baby asprin can help reduce risks of preeclampsia during pregnancy and can also increase the ease of conception. Can anyone give me any success stories or advice here??? Thank you!
