Question

How many anovulatory cycle ( or no obvious thermal temp shift) is considered normal within a year?

Is 3- 4 of these (no obvious thermal temp shift) common with in a year? Kind of worried as I have irregular period and am only in my early 30s. I also noticed in my previous temp charts, that I tend to have 3-4 of these monophasic / no obvious thermal shift. Making it look like I didn't ovulate those cycles.

I think one a year is "normal". If you have that many annov cycles in a year you should be seen by an RE. Do you have PCOS or any other known hormonal imbalance? If your cycles are irregular and annovulatory you should definitely consult a physician.
