Blood tinged mucous a sign of early pregnancy?

I am 3 days late on my period, and have taken two pregnancy tests, which were both negative. However, I am having all the early signs including a new sign. I blew my nose this am and it had a bloody tinge to it. I never get bloody noses though. Anyways, with my first, I never got a positive test at home, until I finally.convinced my doctor to do a blood test which came up positive. I was already 6 weeks. So,I am getting a blood test today, to confirm what I alrady know. Anyone have a similar situation?
