Q: 21 day progesterone?? Going to OB tomorrow can someone help? Ideas on testing I need after 9 mos ttc

I am going to check in with OB tomorrow since its been 9 months ttc. I will be 5 dpo when I go and cd19. Is the 21 day prog. just to determine ov? I was thinking of asking for one but wanted to know if it is only for those on Clomid. Is there anything else I should ask for? Would it be pointless to ask for a transvag u/s at this point or is there something we should be looking for (uterine lining, follicle size). I am lucky enough to have a doc that is open to what I ask for (within reason of course) so I would love to get as much done as possible.
