False positive opk?

Is it possible to get a false positive OPK. I have had conflicting info. Some say yes, others say no.
I have been using FMU and have had 5 days of positives results!

Yes it is very possible if you are using your First Mornings Urine. I have PCOS so I had to go to a fertility clinic to get pregnant and they told me to never use my FMU for OPKs because the hormone will be too concentrated and it will give you a false positive. Instead use your second mornings urine to prevent that from happening.
