this happened to my cousin, her bloating was so bad, she looked 8 months pregnant her stomach was hard and her boobs leaked, she was so convinced she almost bought a pram, until her sister made her go for tests, turned out she had a cyst and fibroid s, I would go see a dr or healthcare provider asap, because if your pregnant you need care asap and to take folic acid, if your not and its something els you may need medical attention, better to be safe than sorry.

You could always try going to a planned parenthood clinic, if you are pregnant you will need to see a doctor anyways and if you are not and are concerned that you do have some medical issue, then sooner or later you will have to see a doctor and in either instance having no insurance will still result in a medical bill. Hope that you find out soon, my fingers are crossed for you!
