confused!

I am 9 or 10 dpo i had loads of symptoms between 5 and 6 dpo but then it all stopped, i went to bed last night and had tummy cramps and felt so sick that i couldnt sleep, woke up this morning at about 4am with a really severe headahce, got a sore throat this morning. Pregnancy test came up negative, could i be pregnant or is af on its way?
