Q: Could i be pregnant?

I'm experiencing severe headaches, backache, bloatnedness and a bit of spotting could this just be menstruation symptoms or early pregnancy syptoms, i do struggle to fall pregnant as im suffering from polysistic ovarian syndrome, i do hope this might be pregnancy.
