Planned Parenthood
So over the last 3 days I've taken a pregnancy test each day and all have been positive. Went to PPH today to take one so that I could get on the Oregon Health Plan, coz Kaiser sucks, and it came back negative. The lady had first checked the box marked positive and wrote down my EDD and how far along I am, but scribbled it all out and checked NEGATIVE...
I told her about my home test and she accused me of taking dollar store ones... FRER is not dollarstore. AND I'm 8 days late. She kept saying she didn't know what was going on and told me to come back in a week. Yea right... eff that.
So I immediately drove to the store (Not the dollar store..) and bought every brand imaginable. Waited 3 hours to take another test and guess what, positive.
Guess my question is, has any one else dealt with this?

she sounds like a right cow, I would put a complaint in about her attitude. I used a 14 pound clear blue test which was negative an then a 85 pence test which was positive.
If you are getting positives with more than one brand of test then I think its safe to say you are pregnant.

memberI say your test as well and it is positive. I went to the health department with my third child after getting positives at home and on digitals. I held my urine so I would have first morning urine and I got there and took the test and 3 minutes later she told me it was negative and charged me 25 dollars I was upset and confused and went and bought more digitals that showed pregnant and went to another county department this time taking a unused digital with me and when I left the urine sample I used the digital and put it in my purse. It again read pregnant and I was called back she said it is negative so I pulled out my test that I had taken and she went and got my test from the counter and said oh there is a line it must have shown up when I went to call you back. Point is this clinics discard them if it doesn't show up instantly and if I hadn't insited on her checking again I would have wasted another 25 dollars at that clinic ( it is free if it is positive )

Yea the lady called me back to the office within 30 seconds of taking the test... And I know some tests take anywhere from 2-10 minutes to show up. She was an idiot.
I'll be seeing a REAL doctor on Thursday so I'll know for sure then! Although I'm already starting to getting morning sickness so this next week will be interesting.
