Incidentally, I wasn't pregnant this cycle. Got my pd the next day. Now I'm due again today and waiting til tomorrow to test.

You can implant any time between 6dpo-12dpo so the brown mucus on your day 11 may have been an implantation bleed, so you need to give it chance for the hcg levels to rise to be seen on a test which may actually be past the date of your expected period. Good Luck.
Just realised this post is a few days old, so have you gotten a BFP yet??

That's good.... so you tested + 4 days past when you think you implanted. That means I'm still looking at a couple of days, maybe Thurs. Found 3-4 days after implantation for blood after that for urine depending on sensitivity of test. I've been watching cycles closely for 7 mos and have never been longer than 27 days... I think if I make it past today I'm in pretty good shape.

Forgot to add, my scenerio isn't the norm. I got the faint positive pretty early. So you are still in the running at 12dpo!

Last time I was pregnant I had some weird twinges at 8dpo and tested at 10dpo but it was so faint I wasn't sure if it was a positive. At 12dpo it was positive BFP on a FRER and Equate Digital.
