9 DPO and spotting?

I'm on 9DPO and last night I noticed that when I wipe there was a little bit blood and it was bright red, it was there this morning too but now an hour later and gone. I did a test yesterday and it was negative so tempted to do another today but going to wait until day 14 when I'm due. Yesterday I saw a very faint second line on the test but it disappeared nearly straight away. I also noticed that I'm sore down there when I wipe is this normal? Me and my boyfriend had sex last night too so dont know if that's effected anything.

I also have cramps in lower abdomen and feeling very tired and slightly sick even though we had an early night.

Could it be implantation bleeding? For nearly 2 weeks now i've been feeling so different and so tired which isn't like me.
