Q: What time of morning is the best concentrate for HCG testing with FMU?

Was just wondering what time would be best. Would it be best with early hours during the night FMU or when I get up? I'm only 11 dpo so I want to get the best results I can. Please help me. Thank you x

The best time really depends on when you wake up. The reason they say fmu is the best is because most women can sleep through the night without having to use the restroom. That means you hold it for 6 or more hours. Wich gives the hcg time to build up & gives you a better chance of a better reading. I don't know about you but I have to go as soon as I wake up so my advice would be to just set everything up the night before so you have everything ready:-)
