Question

"Confused" Every month my opk only turns positive the same morning my bbt rises. Why?

I have very regular cycles. I have been charting all signals for several months. Every month I begin using opk about 1 week before ovulation day ; I test twice a day. Every month my opk will only distinct positve on the same morning my bbt spikes, then that same evening will return to negetive. I am seriously confused on this matter.

I wouldn't worry too much. More than likely your body is getting a surge of progesterone on ovulation day. That is what makes your temp rise in the luteal phase. As long as your are actually "O'ing", I would not worry. Good luck and lots of baby dust.
