I agree with Marty, I'd keep BDing through high temp 3 or 4, you generally ovulate 36 hours after a + opk, and by your last months chart it looks to me as if you prob ovulated on hightemp 3 and you have a similar pattern going for this month.

Thanks for your advice. I can't see much point in BDing though as my Clearblue fertility monitor has gone down to 1 bar 2day. I guess I just have to hope my temp stays up x

You need three days of high temps to confirm ovulation. I'd guess you Oed on CD24, but keep BDing for the next couple of days just in case! If it stays up, your temp has definitely increased enough to confirm ovulation :)
