Question

Help deciphering my Chart please!

This is my 2nd month charting. Last month I got gradual rises until AF came then it dropped. This month it looks all over the place as well as a few flat temps. Can someone tell me based on my chart what are the fall back rises and what is an implantation dip?

Your chart looks pretty good. A fallback rise is when your body has a small surge of estrogen on 2 dpo that causes your temp to drop and then go back up the next day. I had one with this last cycle. It's completely normal. An implantation dip happens from around 6 dpo forward, and is really just an estrogen surge during the mid-luteal phase. They call it the implantation dip because alot of charts of pregnant women show this dip. I hope this helps you and good luck!!!
