So, it has never happened that I have heard of where you would get a pos blood test and neg HPT. In fact, a year ago my best friend had a faint pos on an HPT, when to the clinic right away and got a blood test done. Two long days later they said it was neg so she called her doctor and said she had two hpts(one more she took that morning) that showed a pos. He said that`s not too shocking and happens a lot. So, take from that what you will. It`s hard to say. Take it from me though hon, don`t get too hung up on symptoms until you see that BFP. I know some women say they just `know`when they are pregnant, but it`s so darn rare and yet so easy to cling too. Having said that, if you did indeed get a pos on a blood test, buy another hpt brand and see what happens. dont`give up yet until af shows.
