Q: Is anxiety a sign of early pregnancy?

These past couple days I felt so anxious and I have no idea why. We've been at ttc over a year now so I know the drill, it's not as though it's something new and I'm nervous. Nothing is going on at work/ home, I just feel really anxious and I have no idea why? (I'm 10 dpo)

Come to think of it, I was a bit anxious, but I'm not sure what dpo it was.
But I had no symptoms at all - tested 23 dpo - BFP. Then practically overnight (well over the weekend anyway!) by boobs got HUGE!

I wouldn't say I've been anxious, with the exception of say when I knew I was pg but started spotting/bleeding. I did notice with 2 of my pg'cies that I was moody/witchy/tearful a few days prior to BFP.
