I'm in the exactly same position as you. I've never really known when I ovulate so I think its just happened late. The last two days I've noticed stronger aversion to smells and the whole week I've experienced bad headaches unusually.

I can relate. I am 42 & my dh 35. We have been trying almost 6 months. I started tracking my BBT the cycle before this one & I think we may have actually successfully collided with the egg this month thanks to knowing when I ovulated. I am 13dpo now. It was explained to me that it is when you ovulate that controls AF so when you ovulate you will get your af between 10-16 days after the ovulation. 18 days is max for the Luteal phase which is phase after ovulation. Tracking you can see how long your average Luteal phase is. Mine is usually exactly 124 days after ovulation so I should get af tomorrow and if I do not then its pretty safe I may get BFP. I have no af symptoms so keeping fingers crossed. When you track temps my temp drops the day before af comes & today it is as high as it has stayed since ovulating. It is a very easy way to really give you more control in TTC. Good luck! Blowing sticky baby dust lots of it to you!

Cheers honey your advice has really helped, after 1 month of TTC its drove me round the bend so ive said to my other half we are going back to having a healthy sex life and just doing it every other day and letting it happen when its supposed to, im 35 so cant really take that attitude for long but if it hasnt happened after 6mths will think about tracking temps then and maybe going to the docs, I get obsessed so easy you see and this month has been tough as ive been looking for every single twinge or possible symptom & I dont want to put my life on hold like that anymore. Thanks again sweetie xxxx

The calculators are really just an educated guess. I used those & missed my egg every month. I ovulate at around cycle day 10 or 11 when the calculators always predict average 14 days. It is then VERY possible you just ovulated late. The CM white for some women is a sign they are pregnant but for others it is not. Before I started tracking my temps I had a af that was 6 days late. If you do not get a BFP try tracking your temps next cycle it is easy and it shows you when you ovulate. I hope you get a BFP. Wait a another day or two!! :-)

Oh I dont have a clue really honey, its my first month TTC so this is all new to me, im assuming I ovulated when it said I would on the calculators on the websites. My periods are normally pretty regular so this is odd although I have had abit of stress lately so that could be it, its more the white creamy stuff thats unusual. Any ideas what it could be or why ive suddenly got it? xxx

Are you certain of when you ovulated? It could be that you ovulated a few days later than you think. That would cause a delay with AF. That has happened to me before. I would wait a couple more days & retest. If you do not get AF or BFP in the next four days then I'd go have a blood test! Good luck & Babydust!
