Q: Different symptoms second time around?

Hi again ladies, sorry for asking 2 questions one after the other. With my dd, I only had breasts sore to the touch half way through the 2ww and af type cramps a week or so before af was due. Just curious but were your symptoms exactly the same with more than one pregnancy or did you experience different symptoms second time around? Thanks!

My very early pg symptoms have been similar each time but also a little different, if that makes any sense! The most distinguishing symptom in my first pg was lots of creamy CM and late AF (we were not ttc). Second daughter, cramps and tiny bit of spotting a few days before my first BFP-- also very moody and tired. Chem pg (a few months ago) I noted lots of creamy CM, moody, and very full breasts. This time, lots of vivid dreams, creamy CM, full breasts that are very tender at the sides, and consistently felt twinges/cramps on the right side of my abdomen (usually not the left).
