I have been having little pains around my incision line as well (though I would not call it "extreme"). I am 9 dpo so I don't know if I am pg yet! So far all tests are BFN. I did have incision pain when I had a chemical pregnancy in March. I am kind of paranoid that the egg was trying to implant there and couldn't burrow in! But only time will tell. I know I had incision pain during my 2nd pregnancy (I've had 2 C-sections), but can't recall when it started.

You could have some scar tissue from the surgery, and your growing belly could be kinda streching it out a little.
