O spotting?

OK when I wen to the bathroom I seen this thick cm its like u can put it in a ball or something and it had a little bit of pink mix with it.what does that mean and today I'm ovulating and I'm having lower back cramps

Do you chart BBT or other fertility signs or use OPKs? If it's around ovulation it is very likely ovulation spotting, which is often considered a high fertility sign. Keep in mind that in a typical cycle ovulation occurs about 12-16 days before AF is due and many other thing scan cause spotting (even a sensitive cervix). Good luck!
