I don't want to be a downer, but it is possible. For me, I had missed my period by quite a few days, and only gotten super faint positives. For me, it ended in miscarriage a little while later. Depressing, but you eventually get over it and move on to the next month. Hopefully for you, it was just late implantation or something. Best of luck, and don't stress too much, because that will only make things worse.

You should go to the Dr--you will have to anyway for prenatal visits. Tell the dr you are only faint positives. Faint positives can mean nothing, but your levels should be checked. As long as they are doubling every couple of days, you are fine. But if your levels aren't rising properly it could be a sign something is off. Fingers crossed for you.
