Q: Prenatals..?

Is it good to take prenatal vitamins when TTC? If so is it okay to take these kind Spring Valley NBE Prenatal, 100 ct? I'm sorry I'm new to all of this it will be my first child. Baby Dust to all! And best wishes!

Yes, if you are planning on getting pregnant you should be taking prenatal vitamins. Our doctor recommended one with DHA as well.

Prenatal vitamins are recommended three months prior to conception. It is important to have folic acids levels built up, it helps prevent neural tube defects.
