Don't waste your OPKs. After ovulation just stick to HPTs. OPKs can turn positive near AF and they can turn positive after you get a BFP, (so then you'll just wonder which one it is until either AF shows up or you get a BFP). They just add more confusion when not used for their intended purpose.

The LH hormone is always present so you may get a line or not ..as far as i'm aware you only get a LH suge when you due to ovulate as it the progestrone hormone that triggers the LH surge and release the egg...i do know that OPKS can detect the LH & HCG hormone so it's possible to get a possitve OPK when pregnant..go to peeonastick.com explains it all there.

Got days of +OPKs right before AF. A lot of ladies on site reported same BUT some reported it prior to BFP too. May want to stick to hpts so u dont get your hopes up. If you order preg strips online they are juat as cheap as hpts so u can test as much.as u want!!
