Q: CD22 Progesterone level of 7.3

I had a positive OPK (without meds on May 6) had my progesterone levels checked on friday the 10th.. they came back today at 7.3... The nurse said I most likely did NOT ovulate... I am on prometrium (2 a day from day 14-28) I am so depressed and angry. I finally "thought" I ovulated on my own... only to get my hopes thrown down the toilet... anybody had something similar??

I haven't taken Vitex.. I think I am going to start taking it. I am so frustrated with my OB's office and the clinic on base. I seriously just feel like a number. I have weird pains in my lower abdomen and also in my back. So I am not sure if its period, cyst, or a baby... idk... I guess we'll find out Friday.

i also thought i had a positive opk had my progesterone bloods done and my level was sooooo low, below 1!! i started taking soy this cycle to see if it helps have ypu tried anything like soy or vitex x(agnus castus)??
