Cramping pain in left ovary 13 dpo?

I have pain and cramping like AF is coming, but I am not sure, I have had spotting before my AF, I am supposed to start it on the 16, I have not had spotting at all. I normally do every month. I am really confused. Can someone help me?

That cramping could be from pregnancy or just pre-period. Good luck!!

thank you, I hope no AF lol...i am just curious about the no spotting, because i normally start the 13th with at least some spotting, and i have had real creamy cm, so i dont know what to think
