Q: What is considered an implantation dip when charting??

Im currently aprox 6 dpo give a day possibly...

My temps for the last few days were:

36.15
36.12
36.15
36.25
36.53
36.36 today.

I know my temp didnt dip to pre-O temps, but im new to charting, and was wondering why the big jump down in temp was all about??

Yesterday, I was having cramping and lower back pain. Almost like AF pains....

Any help would be great.

Not everyone gets an implantation dip. When charting you need to look at the overall pattern and not focus too much on individual temps. The more you do it the better you will be able to understand your cycles.
