Q: Can Soy Isoflavones stop your period?

This is my first cycle on soy isoflavones, and I'm taking them cd 2-6. I took them last night (cd 2) and now today, cd 3 my period is gone. Is it just coincidence? Or can they stop your period?

Thanks for your response. That's another question I have, I purchased progesterone cream to take after I O. Is it safe to use soy the first part, and then progesterone the second part? I very short light periods and have spotting as well.

Soy works on the estrogen (hormone before O) receptors and should not stop your periods.

If you were taking progesterone (hormone after O), that would be different. That could/would stop your period.
