Q: Can I be pregnant and never see any implantation bleed???

I feel cramps but I don't see any blood, Does that mean I can't be pregnant?

Actually most women do NOT get implantation bleeding (only about 30% experience it). So you definitely do not have to have it to be pregnant. I didn't get it and I actually don't know anyone who has. Good luck to you:-)

Some women dont get the implantation bleeding, and sometimes its too microscopic to see, so you still could be! Good luck!
