Question

Okay when charting symptoms.....

When charting symptoms in the tww wait if in the day I have some cramps just one time do I mark mild/dull cramps as a symptom or does it have to be like an all day thing? I'm worried I am marking symptoms that maybe I shouldn't be. I do know there is no mistaking that my girls are sore lol I was just wondering about the cramping. I am trying not to get symptom happy :) Thanks ladies!

If you have cramping, even if it is just in the morning, I would chart it. Because that is a symptom you are definitely having that day. Any symptoms that you have you should mark. It will help you to see not only what symptoms you have leading up to and during AF, but also it will help you see what symptoms change when you finally do get your BFP. Some women, I was one, end up having no symptoms when they first become pregnant. Good luck to you and lost of baby dust.

Well not sure if what I had yesterday was actual cramping or if I just wanted to have cramping so bad I made it happen....you know? I doubt myself sometimes lol The only true thing I am feeling is sore nipples but that could just be pms so I am taking that one lightly. I guess I could say sleepy since I went to be at 8 and slept all night lol but that could just be overall exhaustion not from pregnancy. I think I am too early for symptoms anyway so I am going with good old pms! Thanks though I thought if I did have any symptom even once during the day to chart. :)

i would suggest not tracking any "symptoms" as it will probably lead to more confussion and stress, just wait and test wheb af if late, goood luck
