After I eat I get a pain in my abdomen could this mean I am pregnant?

I am 8 dpo. I have had several syptoms over the last couple of day. The pinching feeling in my abdomen day 3. Sore breast days 4-7. Light bleeding on day 6. The funniest one of all is that I can smell. I have allergies really bad and cannot usually smell. Starting day 4 I can smell everything. Now this pain after eating.
