Q: sticky CM (TMI)

I'm CD 42 and 6 DPO (not normal for me) and past couple days I've been really dry. During BD I'm really dry, usually we don't use lubricant but this time we did since I was too dry and it was hurting me. Anyways, today I had white sticky CM on my panties. (sorry TMI). What does this mean? Is it normal? I did have this before but I don't know exactly what time during the cycle I had....can anyone please help me. I'm also getting mild cramps., nipples look big.
