Q: When Should I start duphaston

My Doctor prescribed me to take Duphaston 2 times a day starting from CD 14 But i usually ovulate around CD 166 or CD 17. Please sugggest should i start duphaston after CD17 or CD 14? Pleaseeeeeeee help!!
