Question

I think I lost it........ Advice?

I'm about 21 dpo, have had four positive pregnancy tests, five if you count the ER test. Positives on 8th, 9th, 12th, and 13th of this month. I started bleeding yesterday morning, so went straight to the ER. They confirmed the pregnancy, and based off LMP I was 5 wks and 2 days. They did an HCG quantity and it was only 22 ...... I cried a little then called my OB office after I was discharged because I needed to make an appointment asap. Within 24 hrs was dischrge instructions. I have an ultrasound at 11 am, Dr.s office was mad when I told them the ER didn't do one. I'm not very hopeful and this makes 2 in 2 years. What do you ladies think my chances are?

Yes, its bright red. I meant to update this after my OB appointment, where they did an ultrasound. Vaginal ultrasound showed my uterus as empty. So its a full miscarriage. No D&C required. No rhogam needed. Thanks to my O+ blood. :) I also discussed with my doctor the fact that 11 days before the bleeding is when the first positive HPT was. HCG was only 22 on Thursday. So both my fiance & I have to have a Karyotype. I have to get another HCG quantity done. He was ordered a semen analysis. Its pretty cruddy to go through, but the bright side is, my body knows what its doing, so no further procedures are needed.
