You don't always count 14 days from AF. That's just "typical". You can ovulate anytime in your cycle. You always get AF about 14 days after O though. I O around day 21 so anything is possible.

Hey sweet, according to my ovulation tests I have had strong positives from CD4 till CD6, normally I get positives from CD9-12. And I'm on a 26-27 DC

The only way to know when YOU will ovulate is to take BBTs or use OPKs. Every woman is different. The cycle I conceived, I O'ed on day 26. Some women can ovulate as early as cycle day 9 or 10. My longest cycle (47 days) I O'ed on day 33. You luteal phase should be the same (the time from Ovulation until AF starts). So whenever I would O, AF would start 14 days later. Now some women have shorter luteal phases or longer luteal phases (some start AF at 12 dpo, some at 18 dpo). But it's all about knowing your body.

Can you feel ovulation? Bc I started my AF 3/25 and Wednesday I had really strong pinching pulling cramps and sharp pains in my uterus. What is that can you give me your opinions?

When I feel ovulation pain its a pinching stabbing feeling. Not super painful but definitely noticable. It happens only on one side and right at my hip bone. It doesn't last that long for me either, maybe an hour or so. But everyone is different.

i kinda wish you would calm down and maybe try to educate yourself some before trying to get pregnant, i know ttc can be confusing, but a little research goes along way, i've read alot of your posted questions and it seems you dont have a clue about anything, im not trying to be rude at all, but you seems to be very young and confussed, i wish you luck and hope you will take my suggestion to educate yourself.
