Q: This is my 1st day on clomid. I am on 150mg days 1-5. Has anyone had any luck ttc on clomid?

We have been ttc for over 1 year now with unexplained infertility at 23 :/. This will be my first cycle with clomid. Doc is starting me out with 150mg cd 1-5. After looking through some pages online this seems like a lot and I see that most women take it on cd 3-7. What is the difference and should I be concerned? Has anyone had any luck with clomid and if so what mg and cd?

BTW I took 3 cycles of clomid but did not conceive. Found out it was because I had polyps. Conceived after they were removed but was not on clomid. Had a miscarriage at 13 weeks. Good luck to you. :0)

There are some great clomid sites out there that I would recommend you look at....... wonderful stories of conception with clomid. Wishing you tons of baby dust.
