Not sure what this means? Please help me!

My lmp was march 9 and endd on the 13th. My husband and I baby danced everday and on the 20th I had very light pink bleeding ( not even for a pad but i used a panty liner. It came and went till today and then all of the sudden it stopped and just about 30 mins ago i went to the bathroom and I had brown (bleeding or discharge) now I have nothing again? What could this mean? Just very confused and looking for input please! :S
