Need opinion on my bbt chart
Okay its been super warm here and my husband blows a fan directly on us at night for the last three nights. Now the last three nights my bbt has dramatically dropped which I think the reason is the fan! He gets up at 4:30 am and thats about when I check my bbt but today after he left at 5:15 I was tired went back to bed with the fan OFF for a little over three more hours and rechecked my bbt. It was back to a normal range. What do you ladies think? Which would be more accurate? Which temp should I go with? Should I just forget about bbt'ing until we get the air conditioner working??? My first bbt at 4:30 was 96.49 at 4 am then at 8:20 it was 96.79. I know the time of day is different but I swear the fan is making a difference!!! Please give you opinion!!!!!

memberYou are still well above your coverline so i don't think you have anything to worry about. For me personally having a fan on or window open doesn't make a difference in my temps. Can't say if it's the same for everyone though. Always go with the first temp. Don't even bother temping again cause that just leads to more confusion. You were in much more of a deeper sleep prior to 4am that you were prior to 8:20 so that's why your second temp was much higher. Plus your temp is higher for every hour you take it later.
Keep bbt'ing. Don't give up. I know it's frustrating sometimes but it's worth it.
