Ohhhh...lol, AF is aunt flow! Well I know its not AF, I had a visit from her on the 6th. It's from ovulation. I just never felt the pain in my ovaries this long. It's usually a mild cramping the morning of and now its worse and constant the next day (today). I guess I should see a doctor if it persist.

Different for everyone but usually cramps, fatigue, bad mood, backaches.

Its probably not from the prenatals. Once you ovulate progesterone takes over and is responsible for all the things you mentioned. That's why pregnancy symptoms and AF symptoms are usually the same. They're caused by the same hormone.
