Q: Confused about charting BBT, PLEASE HELP!

So I've recently started charting my temps with a BB thermometer. My chart that came alone with it gives the temps in even numbers like 97.9, 97.8, and so on.
My Question is, what do you do when your BBT measures at 97.22 like mine did this morning? Is it a big differance between 97.20 and 97.22?

Should be fine if you round to the nearest 0.1 - so for 97.22 use 97.2 (for something like 97.27 use 97.3). with just a tenth of a degree accuracy you'll be able to see the shift in your chart without much issue!
