I honestly dont think so, its a slim chance they come untied not saying no one has every had it happen but the percentage of it happening is rare to none. I was fixed for ten years. There might be another issue going on and talking to your doctor might help, or you just seem to have rough sex and hit your cervix which can cause spotting after intercourse.

Sex with your partner (of any size) is not coming anywhere near your tubes, so I really doubt that they would come untied from sex. If your partner is hitting anything, it would be your cervix, and that can cause pain and bleeding, but still, its no where near your tubes. If they are coming untied, that would have to be from something else. Contact your doctor if you are worried.
