In a typical cycle you would see watery cm before ovulation and before egg-white cm. It is considered a good sign that you are fertile at that time.
"Normal" cm pattern: after your period - dry, then sticky, then creamy, then watery, then egg-white then after ovulation back to sticky/dry.
